School and life have been keeping me busy; working on a redesign, coming soon!

I have been busy studying and researching some web design/development concepts, and I am going to be doing a major overhaul on my site because of what I have found. I am working on learning Actionscript 3 better, and also I am reading PHP 6 and MySQL 5, to get up to snuff with that. I have also become extremely interested in social networking, and have been researching and making connections on Twitter, Friendfeed, LinkedIn and other such sites. Here is a quick update, in case you are wondering what I am up to. I have been asked to revamp the Wedding Belle Blues site to include business-to-business features. I am currently working on this site, my current Flash project, and continuing my education. I will update my portfolio when I have completed something of interest, so stay tuned!

I have some Flash projects in the works. Details on the first one are in the new Flash gallery. I am still working on it, but it will be done shortly. Then on to the next one!

UPDATE: The flower flash file is done. I will post more soon!

The site is mostly complete, I will be adding a contact form soon.

Also, I have started my Bachelors degree, and I'm halfway through my Database Admin class, and having a blast with Oracle. Currently I am also studying some different methods of creating a CMS, including using XML with PHP.

I have recently finished my Associate's degree, in August, and will be starting my Bachelors of Web Development in January. I am starting to look for some contract work to add some diversity to my portfolio, skills and experience. In my spare time, I will also be working on some projects of my own, for fun and maybe even profit. We all know in this line of work, the learning is a never ending experience! So, stay tuned to see what new stuff I find to mess with!
